At ACQUIXORY we process your personal data with the utmost confidentiality and in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

The legal basis for processing is the consent of the data subject, the performance of a contract or pre-contractual relationship, the legitimate interest of ACQUIXORY in developing its professional activity, and compliance with legal obligations.

Data will be retained for the time necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected and to determine any liabilities arising from that purpose, in addition to the periods required by applicable regulations.

5. Recipients

Data will not be transferred to third parties except by legal obligation. ACQUIXORY may rely on service providers (hosting, email, analytics) that act as data processors under the guarantees required by the GDPR.

6. International transfers

Should international data transfers outside the European Economic Area take place, they will only be carried out to recipients that offer adequate guarantees in accordance with the GDPR.

7. Rights of the data subject

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, portability and not to be subject to automated decisions by writing to contact@acquixory.com, attaching a copy of an identity document. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

8. Security measures

ACQUIXORY applies the appropriate technical and organisational measures to guarantee a level of security appropriate to the risk of processing, in accordance with article 32 of the GDPR.

9. Applicable law

This policy is governed by Spanish and European data protection legislation.
